Interpage Credit Card / Billing Update Form
This form may be used to update or initiate credit/debit card and/or general billing and contact information for current Interpage subscribers. It may be printed out directly from your web browser,
or, alternately, a PDF Update Form is
also
available any may be printed out from any PDF viewer (such as Adobe Acrobat) for submission to Interpage.
Customers paying by credit/debit card who are updating to a card from the same issuing bank, or updating an American Express card, need not submit this form and may call in the new card to +1 (510) 315-2750, M-F, 9-5:30 Pacific Time. (If both the new
and old cards
have the same first 4 digits, the issuing bank is the same.)
For credit card updates which do not fall under the above criteria, please complete the form below and enclose a copy of both the front and back of the new credit card to be used for recurring billing.
WE CAN NOT PROCESS AN UPDATE FROM DIFFERENT ISSUING BANKS WITHOUT A LEGIBLE COPY OF BOTH SIDES OF THE GIVEN CARD.
Note: This form is intended to update/initiate credit/debit cards for recurring payments only, and/or to update other billing and contact information. If you wish to make a one-time credit card or debit card payment, please obtain the one-time payment form instead.

By submitting the above form, you authorize Interpage NSI to continue or initiate recurring billing with the new card information provided, and that you are fully aware of and agree to Interpage's policies concerning your service with Interpage Network Services Inc. (INSI).
Additionally, you agree that should you wish to cancel service (or just recurring billing) you shall notifiy Interpage of
your desire to do so in writing and that e-mail modifications/cancellations or concomitant
correspondence will not be accepted. I understand that all modifications/cancellations will
take place on the last day of a given billing cycle and that Interpage does
not offer prorated cancellations.
